During a large portion of my early teenage years we owned a family business, and it was expected that I would be one of the employees. After school, I was given a brief window of time to hang at home before I had to walk next door to the store and help out. Ideally, I was to use that time to practice my clarinet or do homework, but invariably I spent it watching television and eating my favorite after-school snack...a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter mixed with uncooked oatmeal. Yes, I was an odd one. But it was my time to watch (and eat) whatever I wanted, unsupervised, and before the television nazi came home in the evening and took control. (Oh, come on, Dad, why the heck can't we watch Maude!?)
Anyway, for Flashback Friday, it's a quiz! I've culled some stills from a few of my favorite childhood programs. So try your hand at it. It's not a hard one, but be warned...nostalgia can be addictive. Apologies to those who aren't from my generation (unless you're TV Land addicts).
